Details

I played a central role in managing and coordinating the various stages of this residential property development, overseeing contractor scheduling, project logistics, and communication across multiple trades. My responsibilities included coordinating excavation, electrical work, irrigation installation, and pool construction to ensure each phase progressed efficiently and in the proper sequence. With extensive site preparation and construction required before landscape installation, I continue to oversee the project while preparing for the future design phase, ensuring the groundwork is in place to bring the client's vision to life.
