The scope of work included site grading assessments, detailed CAD drawings, photorealistic renderings, obtaining necessary permits, and coordination with multiple contractors. Despite unforeseen challenges, including deteriorating siding that required collaboration with home repair specialists, the project was successfully completed on schedule and under budget, delivering a functional and visually cohesive outdoor space.

My contributions were instrumental in bringing the client's vision to life, overseeing every stage from initial design and CAD development to permitting, budgeting, contractor coordination, and final installation. Through thoughtful planning, open communication, and attention to detail, my priority was to create a beautiful, functional outdoor space that exceeded expectations and transformed the client's dream into reality.
